I am passionate about working with people, actively listening and supporting them on their pathway to finding their best possible version of themselves.

 

Since I became a certified Coach, my life changed it was a before and after.  It was an enriching experience that allowed me to grow as a person and as a professional.

 

Coaching gave me many tools for my life and I would like to be able to share them with everyone, because I truly believe that they can help all people grow, find their way and get where they want to be.

 

A metaphor that helps me a lot to understand coaching is through a boat adventure:

 

The coach will be the guide and you will be the captain of the boat.

 

During navigation you will face different seas, at times it will be necessary to correct the course, apply the rudder techniques so as not to deviate the destination and in others you will be able to enjoy a more relaxed navigation, of course the key will be how far you want to navigate and the state of the tide. Each time they arrive at a port, an opportunity for celebration is generated and upon arrival at the destination port the transformation will be total and you will feel the tranquility of the goal achieved.

 

My background is in the field of Human Resources, with a wide experience in large multinational companies and educational institutions of high standing.  As a professional, my aim is to make a positive contribution to supporting individuals in self-improvement and the development and implementation of innovative practices that generate value and a positive employee experience.   I consider myself a dedicated professional, committed and genuinely interested in supporting people to become the best version of themselves.  I have great listening skills, an empathetic nature, and a successful track record.
