Coaching sessions are meetings that can be face-to-face or virtual. The duration of a process is adjusted to the needs of the person, without losing sight of the fact that it is a practical process of short duration. For each coaching process, a framework agreement will be established that will define the way the coachee would like to be coached. The sessions are personal, relaxed and are characterized by including many questions, which will help the person to reflect, get to know themselves better, learn and generate the change they need.
