Coaching invites you to discover new skills and resize current ones that generate the necessary actions to achieve your objectives. Skills include the ability to perform a mental, social, and physical activity or task easily and correctly.

  • Cognitive skills - mental: they are related to mental processes such as memory, logical deduction or the use of language.

  • Social skills: they involve interpersonal relationships, communication, empathy.

  • Physical abilities: they require a coordinated handling of the body, dancing, practicing a sport.

During the coaching sessions you will be able to discover in which area are those skills that you need to develop to be closer to your goal.
